Emma looks after all our Happy clients. Meetings, briefings and ‘special’ emails. Whatever the need, Emma will make sure it happens in super quick time.
Brief working history:
Emma has been with Happy since 2008, after graduating from Lancaster University with a Management School degree. She is an avid marketeer and over the years has worked with many brands including the NHS, Lexus, YMCA and MAN Diesel.
From small privately owned businesses to large PLCs, Emma’s knowledge of strategic marketing, both planning and implementation, her Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) understanding, and the implementation of marketing communication strategy, means Emma provides a top class service across a broad range of companies and industries, not to mention a Happy one!
Client care is something Emma is extremely passionate about, working closely with clients from a wide variety of sectors, from care to security. Her experience and enthusiasm makes one happy Emma. Never have so many clients owed so much happiness to one Emma.

Emma took an internet IQ test and got 156! She refuses to take another to prove it. She also secured 2nd place National Cheerleading Association medal (2nd out of 2), and has more Brownie badges than James’ 15 Cub badges!
