THE BRIEF
One of the many services Exova provides is expert advice to their clients, by providing specific packages tailored especially to each manufacturer. The service is flexible, as clients can pay an annual fee and get training and advice from experts on the fields they choose. The key message for the campaign was that the manufacturers can get the best advice with their legislation and guidelines accurately and for good value, if they choose to use the service Exova provides.
THE IDEA
To reach the target market, as estalished on the CONNECT phase of the Happy Journey, Happy created a campaign that involved direct mail and a series of emails. Happy developed a concept to showcase the service, with the main message being “Some things just work better together”. The DM was personalised, making the message more impactful and inviting. The idea was to show that Exova and the target company can be the perfect partners and achieve great results working together. After the DM piece was sent to Exova’s clients and prospect clients, an email campaign was launched to reinforce the message.

THE OUTCOME
Exova’s Marketing Executive was pleased with the outcome and generation of demand for the services. Through analysis during the MEASURE Happy phase, we established that this campaign had to be ongoing, so Happy is now developing phase 2 of it, to keep the awareness of the service and increase the generation of business.
