Marilia looks after our Happy clients alongside Happy Emma. Emails, meetings and briefings are a constant, making the communication within and outside the agency flow in the smoothest possible way.
Brief working history:
Marilia has a Marketing degree and worked in advertising in Brazil before starting at Happy. In her agency years back in her homeland, her clients varied from an international shoe sole manufacturer to a nightclub, as well as a hotel and a construction company.
Passionate about customer satisfaction, Marilia believes that the small things go a long way when it comes to keeping clients happy. Getting the job right is paramount, but so is to get to the end result with great big smiles all around.
Did you know?
From the age of 8 until she was about 11, her favourite pastime was to play teacher, passing on some wisdom to... her dolls. She used to sit them allon chairs, give them notebooks and pens and write on the big blackboard with screeching chalk. And if the dolls were not paying enough attention, they got told off!
Marilia is very fond of older people and her favourite thing to do when she goes back home to visit her family is to sit down with her grandma over coffee and listen to stories about her childhood and teenage years. Her grandma was very naughty, so the stories are endless...
What Makes Marilia Happy?
A good book, good company, a good movie, being in the sunshine, travelling and laughs. Not necessarily in this order. And some alcohol and chocolate thrown in just for good measure.
