THE BRIEF
As part of the re-branding project, Speed Medical commissioned Happy to re-design and build their website. Extensive user experience research took place through our DISCOVER phase, to define the site taxonomy and content architecture before designing a solution to match the brand identity. Happy advised Speed on having the core proposition of the business into neat navigation points with clear channels to areas of interest for different user groups.
THE IDEA
With a clear strategy, Happy applied the newly created brand to the new website, which was built on a Wordpress platform and has additional modules to handle the rotating headers, testimonials and latest news. Happy used the brand image and incorporated it into a contemporary design that is easy to navigate and takes into consideration the needs of all the many different users.

THE OUTCOME
Speed’s Group Marketing Manager is really pleased with the final results, as the new website is a world away from their previous website. The new one, as well as being fully integrated with the brand identity, provides clear “signposts” for a wide range of visitors, making it easy for users to navigate through it and find the information they need. Further data analysis took place on the MEASURE phase of the Happy Journey and it was established that the average number of visitors doubled in the first month since the re-launch.
